EasyPalletStation – Flexible Robotic Palletizing

Choose One or Two Pallet Stations
EPS-1000 combines two Euro pallet stations with one fixed pedestal. EPS-1001 provides one pallet station without a pedestal for an existing or separately specified robot installation. A dual-station cell can support pallet exchange on one side while the robot works on the other, where the cell controls and safety configuration allow it.

Fixed Pedestal for Robot Mounting
The EPS-1000 set includes an EasyPedestal with a standard fixed height of 950 mm. Check the robot reach, mounting interface and required stacking height for your application. The robot-specific adapter plate must be selected and ordered separately.

Steel Construction and Project Options

Share the robot make and model, gripper weight, product weight and target stacking height. These details help confirm the required mounting adapter and whether the robot can reach the planned pallet positions.

Pallet Access and Floor Layout
The station dimensions are L: 1274 mm, W: 993 mm, H: 362 mm. Allow additional space for the pedestal, robot movement, loaded pallets, pallet handling and the cell safety arrangement. Use the drawing and product overview below when discussing your installation.

Controls and Safety Integration
Define how cartons arrive, how pallets are exchanged and how the robot interacts with the rest of the line. Pallet detection and cell safety equipment are application-specific and should be included in the integration scope.
