EasyPalletizer Basic – Collaborative Robot Palletizing System

Standard Arms for Pallet Docking
Two pallet positions sit to the left and right of the robot. Adjustable wings with a 500–1200 mm guide range and removable side tubes help set the pallet geometry for robotic palletizing automation. Check robot reach for every corner of the selected pallet.

Adjustable Base for Enhanced Flexibility
The prepared mounting pattern lets the pedestal move forward or backward to match the conveyor and robot reach. The platform provides a 600 × 500 mm open controller area and must be anchored to a suitable floor with M12 bolts before operation.

Custom Stainless Steel Option
A custom stainless steel configuration and scanner cover or bracket are available on request. Specify the cleaning conditions, corrosion exposure and installation requirements so the material, accessories and complete cell design can be confirmed in the quotation.

Palletizer Basic Features

Robot Compatibility

Select the exact robot model and a suitable adapter plate. Cobot and industrial-robot installations require checks of mounting loads, reach, gripper weight and box payload. The robot-specific adapter plate is ordered separately unless included in the quotation.

Flexible Pedestal Options

Choose an 865 mm or 1200 mm fixed pedestal, or the 876–1776 mm lifting column with 900 mm stroke. Select the height around the conveyor pick point, robot reach and finished pallet stack.

Mechanical Platform

Basic provides the mechanical base and pallet guides without standard pallet sensors or I/O. The four configurations weigh 260, 330, 350 and 290 kg respectively; the robot, gripper, controls and safeguards are specified for the complete cell.

Flexible Pedestal Options of EasyPalletizer Basic

  • PTB-1002: Fixed pedestal at 865 mm; published platform weight 330 kg.
  • PTB-1003: Fixed pedestal at 1200 mm; published platform weight 350 kg.
  • PTB-1004: Lifting column 876–1776 mm with 900 mm stroke; published platform weight 290 kg.

PTB-1001 provides the base without a pedestal, with a published height of 140 mm and weight of 260 kg. The adjustable pedestal position and robot-specific adapter help configure the mounting arrangement. Allow space for both pallets, the conveyor and operator access when planning the full cell.

PTB-1004 adds vertical travel for palletizing applications that need height adjustment. The column range is not the maximum pallet stack height: that depends on robot reach, gripper, box dimensions and pallet layout. Confirm lifting-column controls and software support for the selected robot.

EasyPalletizer Basic is a mechanical platform for robotic palletizing with two adjustable pallet positions, one on each side of the robot. It is available without a pedestal, with a fixed pedestal or with a lifting column. The robot, gripper, controls and application integration are specified for the complete cell.

The platform can support suitable cobots and selected industrial robots after technical review. Provide the exact robot model so its adapter plate, mounting loads, reach and combined gripper-and-product load can be checked. Order the robot-specific adapter plate separately unless it is included in the quotation.

Published formats include GMA 1219 × 1016 mm, EUR1 1200 × 800 mm, EUR3 1200 × 1000 mm, GLOB 1067 × 1067 mm, APAC 1100 × 1100 mm and AUS 1165 × 1165 mm. The adjustable wings have a 500–1200 mm guide range. Confirm the guide setup, robot reach and stacking pattern for the selected pallet.

PTB-1001 is the base without a pedestal. PTB-1002 has a fixed 865 mm pedestal and PTB-1003 has a fixed 1200 mm pedestal. PTB-1004 has an 876–1776 mm lifting-column range with 900 mm stroke. The column range is not a guaranteed pallet stack height.

The platform can be relocated when a production line changes. It must be anchored to a suitable floor with M12 bolts before operation. After moving it, check robot positions, pallet guides, controls and safeguards before restarting production.

The Basic platform is supplied without standard pallet-detection sensors or I/O. Pallet detection, process controls and any scanner system are specified as part of the complete application. For PTB-1004, confirm the lifting-column interface and robot software support for the chosen configuration.

Installation requires a suitable floor and M12 anchoring, an approved robot and adapter, a gripper, controls, conveyor interfaces and the safeguards defined for the cell. The controller area is 600 × 500 mm with open height. The complete installation must be configured and commissioned for its intended process.

Send box dimensions and weight, pallet format, target stack height, conveyor height and required boxes per minute. Include the robot model if selected, available floor space and a layout or photos. State the preferred pedestal or lifting column, and any stainless steel or special control requirements.
