EasyDesk Enclosure - Compact Enclosed Robot Cell
The EasyDesk Enclosure is a compact enclosed robot cell that combines the proven EasyDesk modular workstation platform with a rigid full-view upper housing. It retains the EasyDesk base footprint, integrated controller cabinet, and configurable work surface, while adding a controlled robot workspace with large transparent panels and direct front access via a full-size hinged door. Available in two variants: Enclosure Alu (aluminium surface for flexible fixturing) and Enclosure Tray (94-position 2mm parts tray for repeatable loading).
The EasyDesk Enclosure combines the flexible EasyDesk workstation with a rigid, full-view housing for cobots and small-to-medium industrial robots. It preserves the EasyDesk base footprint, integrated controller cabinet, and configurable work surface — while adding a controlled robot workspace with large transparent panels and direct front access.
The enclosure turns EasyDesk into a compact robot cell that is easy to place beside CNC machines, conveyors, and other production equipment. The upper housing separates the robot process from the surrounding work area, while large windows keep the application clearly visible during setup and production. Available in two work surface variants — Alu and Tray — to match the process.
Large Viewing Panels
Transparent front and side panels provide a clear view of the robot, tooling and parts during setup and production.
Wide Front Access
A full-size hinged door with external handle supports loading, setup, fixture changes, and service without removing the enclosure.
Integrated Robot Workspace
Designed for a fully installed cobot or a small-to-medium industrial robot — cobot mount plate repositionable along three working sides.
Controller Compartment
Lower cabinet houses the controller on a slide-out drawer with a locking pin and guided energy chain cable routing.
Flexible Operator Interface
The teach pendant bracket mounts parallel or perpendicular to suit the robot brand and operator position.
Stable Installation
Adjustable feet simplify levelling. The workstation is securely anchored to the floor during operation via Ø18mm anchor holes.

EasyDesk Enclosure is a mechanical cell component. The complete installation — robot, gripper, fixtures, electrical equipment and process — must be risk assessed and validated according to applicable regulations. Additional interlocks, extraction or safety devices may be required for the chosen application.

📐 Robot Mounting Flexibility
The re-attachable EasyDesk robot mounting plate can be positioned along three working sides. The final position is selected according to robot reach, tooling configuration, and enclosure layout.
