ProFeeder Flex – Highly Maneuverable Mobile Cobot Stand

ProFeeder Flex is a mobile robot platform for CNC machine tending automation and parts handling. Its wheeled chassis lets you relocate the robot between prepared workstations, while the floor docking system secures the operating position.

Controller storage and accessible controls:
The enclosed pedestal provides a 550 × 300 × 550 mm controller compartment, protected cable routing and an adjustable teach-pendant holder. Check controller fit and cable connections for the chosen robot.

Configured for your robot and process:
Select the adapter plate for the exact robot brand and model. Confirm reach, payload, mounting loads, gripper and machine interface as part of the complete cell configuration.

ProFeeder Flex – Equipment Options

Choose the platform around the number of work surfaces needed for your process. FlexOne has one 650 × 430 mm table; FlexThree has three. The maximum load is 110 kg per table. FlexBase provides the mobile stand without a table.
