ProFeeder Mover for CNC Machine Tending

ProFeeder Mover combines a floor-anchored robot cell with a mobile parts cart for CNC loading and unloading. The robot and controller stay on the base while the cart brings blanks to the working position and carries finished parts away.

CNC Robot Cell with a Mobile Parts Cart

ProFeeder Mover supports CNC machine tending automation by combining an anchored robot platform with a removable parts cart. The Mover transports blanks and finished parts between production areas and the robot cell.

At the working position, a pneumatic cylinder lock secures the cart before robot handling begins. The 880 × 750 mm work area can be configured with the standard teardrop traytop, a square-pattern top or an aluminium-profile surface for fixtures.

The base provides 0° or 45° robot mounting, a teach-pendant bracket and a 650 × 420 × 550 mm controller compartment. Select the adapter plate for the exact robot model and confirm reach, payload, mounting loads and controller fit.

ProFeeder Mover features

HIGHLY MOBILE

The wheeled Mover carries parts to and from the anchored cell. Once positioned, pneumatic locking establishes the cart position for robot picking and placing.

INCREASED EFFICIENCY

An additional Mover can be prepared away from the working position to support batch changeovers. The time saved depends on part layout, machining time, replenishment and the complete cell setup.

Parts Transport and Batch Changeover
