An Aluminum-Profile Workstation for Fixtures and Tooling

EasyDesk ALU combines a steel robot base with a 40 mm aluminum-profile tabletop. The nominal tabletop measures 1200 × 800 mm, with a specified work area of 1148 × 800 mm for arranging fixtures, stops and tooling. It can support CNC machine tending, assembly and finishing applications.

ED-1001-A measures 1550 × 890 × 932 mm and weighs 305 kg. It includes a teach-pendant bracket and a 700 × 500 × 650 mm controller compartment. Select the exact robot adapter, tooling, controls and application program, then level and anchor the workstation before robot operation.

EasyDesk Alu – Flexible and Modular Robot Workstation

  • Configurable work surface: Aluminum profiles allow compatible clamps, stops and custom fixtures to be repositioned for a new part or operation.
  • Tabletop and work area: The 40 mm profiles form a nominal 1200 × 800 mm tabletop with a specified 1148 × 800 mm work area. Tabletop load capacity is up to 300 kg.
  • Relocation options: Wheels and floor docking can support moves between jobs. The workstation must be levelled and securely anchored at the operating position.
  • Fixture compatibility: Check the clamp interface, fixture dimensions, workpiece loads and tool access for the selected application.
  • Robot mounting: Select 0° or 45° mounting and reposition the console along three working sides. Verify reach and access for the chosen robot and fixture layout.
