EasyPalletizer Flex – Mobile and Scalable Palletizing for Changing Production Needs

EasyPalletizer Flex supports robotic palletizing automation where pallet formats or production layouts may change. Its steel base combines two pallet positions, adjustable guides and a robot pedestal that can be positioned forward or backward.

The published base footprint is L 1500 × W 1030 mm. PTF-1000 without a pedestal is H 845 mm and weighs 375 kg. Fixed-pedestal and lifting-column versions weigh 430–440 kg. Allow additional floor space for the pallets, conveyor, access and safeguards.

Two pallet sensors, two operator buttons, two configurable multi-colour LED lamps and Modbus communication support the application controls. An 8 × M12 distributor connects the platform devices. Robot programming and conveyor signals are configured for the selected process.

Built in Premium Steel

The load-bearing structure uses industrial steel, with an enclosed area for compatible controller and interface hardware. Plan cable routing and service access around the chosen robot and production layout.

Palletizer Flex Features

Industrial Steel Construction

A 375 kg base provides the mounting structure for the configured palletizing cell. Level and secure the platform to a suitable floor using four M14 anchors before production.

Movable Pedestal and Pallet Guides

Reposition the pedestal forward or backward and adjust the pallet guides to suit robot reach, conveyor position and pallet size. Select a fixed pedestal or lifting column for the required vertical reach.

Pallet Sensing and Modbus

Two pallet sensors, two operator buttons and two configurable LED lamps support the operating sequence. Modbus communication and an 8 × M12 distributor connect the platform devices to compatible application controls.

Robust Steel Yet Easy Mobility

The steel platform can be moved with a suitable pallet lifter when the production layout changes. Disconnect and secure the installed equipment for transport, then level and anchor the platform with four M14 bolts at its new operating position.

Flexible Production Line Reconfiguration

Reusing the platform across production lines requires the robot, pallet guides, conveyor interface and operating sequence to be checked for each layout. Confirm reach, cable routing and safeguards before restarting production.

Adjustable Base Design

Adjustable base geometry and foldable pallet arms help accommodate different pallet formats. The interchangeable top cover allows the robot pedestal to move forward or backward to match the conveyor and pallet positions.

For non-standard pallets, robot interfaces or conveyor layouts, discuss customized automation solutions. Provide a layout and sample box details so the proposed configuration can be reviewed.

Flexible and Safe Operator & Pedestal Configuration

The teach pendant mount can move forward to provide an operator position outside the robot work area. A light-curtain or scanner arrangement can be integrated where required by the complete cell design; the holder alone is not a safety system.

Choose PTF-1001 with an 865 mm fixed pedestal, PTF-1002 with a 1200 mm fixed pedestal, or PTF-1003 with an 876–1776 mm lifting-column range and 900 mm stroke. Maximum pallet stack height depends on the robot, gripper, boxes and layout.

Pre-Assembled for Commissioning

EasyPalletizer Flex is supplied approximately 90% pre-assembled. Installation still includes the robot-specific adapter, robot, gripper, conveyor interfaces, application programming and commissioning of the complete cell.

Configure the Complete Installation

EasyPalletizer Flex is a steel robotic palletizing platform with two pallet positions, adjustable pallet guides and a movable robot pedestal. It combines pallet sensing, operator buttons, status lights and Modbus communication, with fixed-pedestal and lifting-column configurations for different production layouts.

Suitable cobots and selected industrial robots can be integrated after review of mounting loads, reach, payload, dynamics and the intended application. Provide the exact robot model and select its adapter plate. The plate is ordered separately unless included in the quotation; custom interfaces can be discussed when needed.

Published formats include GMA 1219 × 1016 mm, EUR1 1200 × 800 mm, EUR3 1200 × 1000 mm, GLOB 1067 × 1067 mm, APAC 1100 × 1100 mm and AUS 1165 × 1165 mm. Confirm the guide positions, robot reach, stacking pattern and access space for the selected pallet.

PTF-1000 is the base without a pedestal. PTF-1001 has a fixed 865 mm pedestal, PTF-1002 has a fixed 1200 mm pedestal and PTF-1003 has an 876–1776 mm lifting-column range with 900 mm stroke. The column range is not a guaranteed pallet stack height; check robot reach and the complete layout.

The platform can be relocated with a suitable pallet lifter during production-line changes. It must be levelled and anchored using four M14 bolts before operation. The robot positions, pallet guides, conveyor signals and safeguards must be checked and recommissioned for the new layout.
