EasyWork – Mobile Cobot Workstation for Flexible Automation

EasyWork provides a portable base for a robot serving different workstations. Use it for CNC machine tending automation, assembly, inspection or pilot production where the same robot setup needs to move between tasks.

The ER-1004-00 platform measures L 740 × W 540 × H 1012 mm and weighs 52 kg. It includes a 0° robot mount, a teach-pendant bracket and a controller compartment measuring 450 × 290 × 400 mm. The robot, tooling, controls and application program must be specified for the complete installation.
