ProFeeder X-XL robotic platform

The ProFeeder X-XL robotic platform is self-sufficient, convenient and still compact. Thanks to the built-in cobot mount, the ProFeeder X-XL allows you to automate the process of supplying parts, speed up production and increase the volume of products.

ProFeeder X-XL is a spacious and versatile robotic platform - it allows you to place it on any type of equipment, like a CNC machine or a conveyor. It is 500mm wider than the standard ProFeeder X and is available with 2 or 5 trays.

The X-XL is specially designed for effective machine tending and can handle workpieces up to 160 mm in height. It is compatible with 99% of modern cobots.

Robotic platform specifications

The X-XL model implementation can significantly increase production efficiency. With its high production capacity and extended storage compartment this robotic platform is a new "must-have" for each automated production facility.

Let`s check the specifications of the platform:

Its dimensions are 1050 x 1420 x 920mm ;
It can contain up to 5 trays 780x620mm ;
Maximum parts height can be up to 160mm ;
Maximum deflection is not more than 2.5mm under load of 90 kg per tray.

Like other Compact and X models, this robot platform works with two tray locking systems - Mechlock (mechanical interlock) and Airlock (compressed air interlock. *Requires compressor connection). The locking system is useful for enhancing workplace safety and protecting the operator from injuries.
