ProFeeder X-XL – Maximizing Efficiency

ProFeeder X-XL combines robot mounting and large parts trays for CNC machine tending. Choose 2, 5 or 10 trays, each with a 780 × 620 mm working area and a 90 kg load capacity. Maximum part height is 320 mm with 2 trays, 160 mm with 5 trays or 80 mm with 10 trays.

ProFeeder X-XL Robotic Platform

ProFeeder X-XL provides drawer-based parts storage and an integrated robot mount for CNC machine tending automation. It organizes workpieces for robot loading and unloading, helping reduce repetitive manual handling between machining cycles.

The floor-standing cell measures 1420 mm wide and 920 mm long, with 2, 5 or 10 trays. Position it beside the machine on a suitable floor and secure the anchoring points before operation. Compare ProFeeder X if your application needs a narrower cell.

Select the tray count around part height: up to 320 mm for 2 trays, 160 mm for 5 trays or 80 mm for 10 trays. Integration requires a robot-specific adapter plate; confirm the robot model, payload, reach, gripper and machine interface for your application.
